Cecile Peterkin
Founder, ProMentoring Inc.
Having been both a mentor and mentee, Cecile Peterkin, understands the impact corporate mentoring solutions have on the lives of those involved.
With more than 6 years as a career, life and leadership coach, Cecile has touched the lives of hundreds of people across North America. Founder and President of Cosmic Coaching Centre, it was her interaction with coaching clients that germinated the idea for ProMentoring. Many of the challenges her clients faced could be positively impacted by their participation in a mentoring program, one in particular, that extended into a variety of environments, situations and organizations.
Cecile started ProMentoring to help businesses leverage the mind-share of retiring Baby Boomers and senior managers, and transfer it to the next generation of leaders. The workplace mentoring program , ProMentoring, enables these rising leaders to garner first hand business knowledge and expertise through the development of a rewarding one-on-one relationship.
A certified Career Coach, Retirement Coach and Speaker, Cecile’s expertise includes: personal development, mentoring, training-the-trainer, project management, and adult learning. She regularly publishes articles focused on achieving personal and professional success and has been a guest on a number of television and radio programs.
Prior to becoming a coach, Cecile spent over 17 years in the Financial Industry as a Senior Manager of Operations and Administration for one of Canada’s larger Mutual Fund Companies with over 7 billion of assets under management and 30 funds. The sale of the company forced Cecile to pursue her passion – working with people to help them have a meaningful life, advancement and growth.
Cecile holds memberships with both the International Coach Federation and the Career Professionals of Canada.
Most recently, Cecile was one of the mentoring experts who presented at Seneca College’s Smile Mentoring Program (one of its continuing education options).

Ana Paret

Ana Paret is a successful career coach, published author, speaker and workshop trainer. As a contributing author for the “Expert Women Who Speak….Speak Out” Books, Volume Six, Ana has written numerous articles on the topics of work/life balance, stress management, personal development and career management.
She is also the founder and president of Red Shoe Coaching, a career development and corporate training organization that offers cutting edge solutions for those striving for success and fulfillment in their careers.
With a background in psychology, career development training, and business administration, Ana brings all her education, skills and experiences to the table for her clients. As a speaker for both personal and professional audiences, Ana is quickly becoming known for her engaging humor and common sense solutions to work and personal challenges.
Ana’s experiences as a mentee, has given her the passion and drive to ensure that the economic shift to a new generation of leaders is a smooth transition. It is her belief that ProMentoring is the required vehicle for this transition. Under the right conditions and environment, Generation X will be empowered to step up to the leadership plate.
Drawing from over 15 years of professional experience in the retail management and corporate finance and administration sector, Ana understands the impact of ‘a square peg in a round hole’ theory and strives to reduce the impact of this placement for both the corporation and the individual. As a square peg herself, she has found her ‘square hole’ in her role as a career coach and is thrilled to be helping others find their square hole.
